Installs Capacitor/native/Cordova deps - build-machine only, not the remote server.
Parameters
- buildDir: string
  prepareBuildDirBase'd build directory
- pushEnabled: boolean
  include push-notification native deps
- backgroundFetchEnabled: boolean
  include background-fetch native deps
- pushSyncEnabled: boolean
  include push-sync native deps
- includeNativeBuildTools: boolean = true
  install CLI/asset/Cordova tools too - false for a remote bundle
Returns void
