Write the iOS Podfile and run pod install.
Parameters
- buildDir: string
  directory where the app will be built
- hasPush: boolean
  include push notification pods
- hasBackgroundFetch: boolean
  include background fetch pod
- hasSilentPush: boolean
  include silent-notifications pod
